OUR CAMPAIGN FOR GLOBAL CLIMATE COOPERATION

We’re going to achieve global climate justice by doing what we do best: deep organizing with impacted communities, investing in our leaders, educating ourselves, and carrying out transformative actions. We’re going to put pressure on lawmakers in the United States to honor their promises to reduce emissions and deliver climate funds through multilateral efforts.

  • We have only been able to resolve the most difficult situations in our society by coming together across national borders, across differences, and language to make a change. Fighting climate change requires cooperation from countries all over the world.

  • But for too long, fossil fuel CEOs and the politicians who serve them have been blocking key aspects of climate policy. They want to blame other countries for the mess they created to avoid doing their fair share to stop this crisis. While they profit off polluting our planet, millions of people and especially working class communities, people of color, and people in developing countries are paying for the impact of climate change with their lives.

  • We know we can rise to the occasion, just as we have in the past. Working people in the United States can join together with people around the world to reject conflict and demand real solutions to climate change. That’s how we can make the world cleaner, safer, and healthier for people everywhere.
